If you decide to go out to Spain "on your own steam" please contact our UK based office prior to your departure date, so that we will be able to allocate an appointment for one of our Property experts to show you around the various sites.

During your 4 days with our company you will not only be shown the very best selection of properties available within your given criteria and within your investment levels but you will also see the full range of facilities within the towns and villages.These will include the best blue flag beaches, shops, entertainment venues, restaurants, bars and anything else that is of interest to you. Leaving time for you to revisit any of the properties that have been short listed by you.


DO WE NEED A DEPOSIT?

When you find the property you desire, a deposit of £2,000 payable to our parent Spanish company, will secure that property for you and remove it off the market. The first stage payment can be between 20% to 50% of your property costs and is due 4 weeks after you have signed your contract.The remaining stage payments are then arranged, leading up to the completion date, with our parent Spanish company and the building contractors. However, when buying a re-sale you have to be in a position to pay all payments in full, 4-5 weeks after signing your contract. Our Spanish solicitors cannot accept credit cards, you will need the deposit in the form of a bank or building society draft, travelers cheque's, Sterling or Euros.
